The staff were warm. Every person i met was lovely to deal with. this hotel features an excellent location. the breakfast area was very pretty.

The hotel has its own private dock. This made our arrival and departure very convenient. The breakfast is served in a fine room. The buffet included many generous options.
I found the coffee cup to be dirty upon arrival. It was physically stuck to the saucer. The housekeeping service came too early. It was during our resting time.

the location was convenient being near st mark's square.
the coffee cup in my room was dirty and stuck to the saucer upon arrival something i found rather unappealing i expected a higher standard of cleanliness especially for the price i paid. afternoon housekeeping came too early interrupting my rest.

decent location, disappointing room
dirty tiles noisy corridor
the room i stayed in was quite underwhelming. the bathroom tiles looked dirty, and it featured a combined shower and tub. this meant i had to climb over the tub wall to shower. also, the walls werent soundproof at all. i could hear the cleaning staff chatting loudly in the hallway outside my room starting at 9 am.

the location was very central! it made sightseeing simple. the breakfast had a wide selection, it included many options i liked. the staff were helpful, they assisted with directions.
my room lacked sufficient soundproofing, i could hear noise from the hallway. the bathroom was quite small. i also found the decor somewhat dated.

the location was really good. breakfast in the grand salon was like something from a dream, complete with exquisite ceiling paintings..
the room had a few maintenance issues, such as flickering lights. i noticed some dust in corners and behind the furniture, a detail i usually overlook..
